Our E-Design Services & How it works

Stage 1 - Getting Started

    • You’re ready and interested in beginning your design journey with us! To get started, simply submit client form and we will coordinate to book our initial discovery call

    • It’s time to get to know you at your Discovery call! This is a complimentary half hour virtual meeting to discuss project requirements and needs and see if we are the right fit

    • If all goes well, we will finalize what services are required. We’ll get you to fill out design briefing form, to provide basic info about your space and the direction you’d like to see it go in design-wise (i.e., please provide floor plan/space measurements, photos of original space, inspiration photos, etc.)

    • Let’s finalize the project scope. We will determine the timeline required for the project, pricing and commence the design work!

Stage 2 - The design process

    • We are now ready to start - the E-Designing process now begins!

    • We will create e-design proposals based on your unique needs and requirements, and will provide this to you (for specified work - such as Space Planning/Furniture layout, E-Design renderings and/or Moodboarding)

    • After you have received, reviewed and provided your feedback in a touchbase call, a final design package will be created and sent to you

Stage 3 - Final Steps/Design Execution

    • Once the interior decor plan/package has all been finalized and approved of by you, we will create and provide an associated product sourcing list of the final pieces we are recommending for your space

    • You can then begin your purchasing process and begin putting your place together with all of the associated pieces

    • It is time now for you to enjoy the newly transformed space of your dreams!

  • Space Planning/Furniture Layout

Not sure how to plan your room or make the most out of your space? This service might be the one for you! We’ll take a look at the measurements of your space, along with your specific needs and wants and come up with thoughtful, well-designed space planning solutions and furniture layouts (using both new and/or existing furniture that you may already have!)

  • Moodboarding

Once we have nailed down the interior design style along with the specific furnture pieces that you would like to have featured in your room, it’s time to start building out your moodboard(s). We’ll put together moodboards with various recommended options for you to select and choose from for all of your furniture, colour scheme and decor needs!

  • E-Designs/Renderings

Want to see what your space could potentially look like when it’s fully re-imagined and re-decorated? An E-Design or Rendering will help showcase this and give you an exciting new way to visualize your space and how it could look after we’re all done transforming it!

  • Purchasing + Sourcing

This service is for you if you are ready to take the plunge and start diving into the purchasing part of the process. At this point, we will have deteremined your budget and you are ready to purchase your specified furniture and decor items. Based on your selections, we’ll create organized and itemized lists to help you get sorted and know where to buy your selected items.
